The most common reason for problems logging in is an error with something called a cookie (sorry, not the delicious kind).

SnapAV uses cookies to enable functionality like “remember me” on our site. If you know your username and password are correct, but you’re still having trouble logging in, simply click the button below to clear the SnapAV cookie from your browser. Then you need to close and reopen your browser. After that, your problems should be a thing of the past. If you prefer, you can clear cookies manually by accessing your browser’s settings…but we thought you’d appreciate the shortcut.
