Strong™ Sliding Rack ShelfThe Strong™ SM-SHELF-SLIDE adds versatility to your equipment rack by providing a dedicated work space for a keyboard, mouse, or just a convenient place to open new Blu-Ray discs! For added convenience a front-facing latch locks the shelf into place while you're using it.
"Strong" SupportThis shelf is ideally suited to support a keyboard and mouse or other small components. If the applicaiton calls for something heavier, however, it can support up to 50 lbs thanks to its 16 gauge steel contruction and reinforced glides.
Dual-Purpose LockingWith a convenient front-facing latch, you can lock the shelf in place when its closed or when it is extended during use. This means it won't push in on you when working nor sneak out if the rack is being moved.
Ball Bearing GlidesThis shelf is a smooth operator thanks to ball-bearing glides that allow easy extension out to its maximum of 14 in.
Telescopic Rear SupportsNarrow or wide, short or deep. Rear rail attachments are provided to accommodate several rack depths (up to 23.9 in.) and widths (up to 25.5 in. )
Rear Cable ManagementDon't stress over loose wires pulling or pushing the connected device sitting on the shelf. Folded up at the rear of the shelf is a lip with slots for securing wires into place with
zip ties.
