Lowest cost Sound Control Solution to meet building codes. Significantly reduces airborne noise up to 75% with a STC rating of 41 on wood studs 16" on-center and a 56 STC rating on metal studs 16" on-center with R-13 installation. 
Fire Safe
Episode PRO Series Sound Dampening Barrier has a Class A rating in flame and smoke tests as well as resistance against mold and mildew making it a SAFE product.
Moisture Barrier
Also acts as a moisture barrier** (see local building codes where this can used in your climate to prevent moisture build-up)
Thermal Barrier
Also acts as a thermal break, helping to seal up wall enclosures to prevent heat loss improving the overall efficiencies of the HVAC system (R-value =.3)

Lifetime Limited Warranty
All Episode Acoustic Panels have a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty shall not apply to products which have been abused, modified or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to SnapAV or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization number (RA).
