Your customers want low profile for their brand new, ultra-thin flat panels, and we're giving it you with the Strong™ SM-THIN-T-M mount. It's simple to install, sits snug to the wall and pulls away from wall easily without the need of a ratchet or knob. Best of all, it tilts with the touch of a finger. Mounting the TV panel over the fireplace, in a recessed niche with one hand behind your back? No problem.
Fingertip Tilt
There are some installs where you just can't get your hands around the display to adjust the tilt. Sure, you could lift the TV back off the wall and reset the tilt of the arms but that requires extra effort and getting it right the first time is not easy. With the fingertip tilt feature, you simply hang the flat panel, check the tilt and simply pull outward from the top if more tilt is needed. Too much? Simply push it back in. Easy.
Easy Latch
Lift the arms up and onto the mount and let the bottom swing down - CLICK. The SnapKlik™ mechanism built onto the arm secures the bottom and acts as a child-proof safety feature to deter any attempts at lifting the big, pretty picture box off the wall. To release, conveniently placed draw strings allow you to lower the spring mechanism and pull the flat panel off the wall.
Kickstand
Some installers simply hold 'n plug. Some use spare foam or cardboard from packaging to prop away from the wall. To just make things easier, we built a kickstand on to the bottom of the arm to hold the flat panel 8 degrees, an 1-3/4", away from the wall to scope out the connection locations for easy attachments.
Low Profile
Sitting off the wall a marginal 1" the SM-THIN-T-L is designed only for those ultra-thin flat panels that need a low profile tilt mount.
Wires go where???
Great question - ALL TV manufacturers are not created equal, and therefore inputs vary for these thin panels. Some come out the back, some the bottom and some on the sides. To help solve this, we highly recommend you partner the THIN-T mount with our SM-RBX-WH in-wall accessory box to help manage the wiring.
