You can quickly set your height, easily manage the wires and securely lock it into place for a simple, quick and Strong installation. All of this ease is complimented by the sleek look of the pole which your customers will love.
Important Note: This product is intended to be used only with the Strong™ SM-PROJ-M-BLK Projector mount. It is NOT compatible with the SM-PROJ-L-BLK
One Handed Height Adjustment
This industry needed a simple way for one person to quickly and easily install and adjust ceiling mounted projectors. We engineered the solution by creating the Strong Adjustable Extension Poles which offer 1 inch incremental adjustments using our E-Clip™ quick adjust system. Simply mount the base to the ceiling, mount the extension rod to the projector (while it is sitting on the floor), slide the pieces together and slip the E-Clip™ into place. When you are satisfied with the height, tighten the set screws in place and you are done. Installation should take you about 43 seconds....that means no more burning shoulder muscles.
World-class Aesthetics
We wanted to provide the best looking projector extension pole on the market. That meant finding a way to eliminate all of the nuts and bolts that clutter up other designs. We created the ultra low-profile E-Clip™ and used recessed set screws to engineer the sleekest looking extension pole on the market. Your customers will love how this unit looks and performs.
Rock Solid Performance
Did you know a 6mm set screw has a holding power of half a ton?? That's pretty Strong, and a good safety net to have. It's also why we use them as a safety measure once your distance from the ceiling is set into place and the E-Clip™ is installed. The end result is a pole so Strong you would think it was concrete.
Lightweight & Durable
With extension poles, aluminum is a great material to work with because it is makes the overall product light and thus easier to install. As a side benefit, it also helps save on shipping costs. We also had to give it a black powder coat so it matches perfectly with the SM-PROJ-M-BLK and has a durable finish. The end result is a beautiful combination that won't be a distraction from the projector or finished room.
Wire ManagementThe smallest internal diameter is 1.7" which makes it easily large enough to pass through big-headed DVI cables, if you are still using them. So this should tell you that you have plenty of room to snake through HDMI, Component Video, Cat5 and the power cord without issue.
