Jay Faison
CEO
In 2005, Jay founded SnapAV after running his own custom integration business for almost a decade. He currently serves as the CEO of SnapAV.
Why he started SnapAV: "I’d seen a lot of change in the custom electronics and installation industry over the past ten years. While the industry grew over that time with the housing boom, I also saw an opportunity for a new kind of business, which led to SnapAV."
Education: Jay received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia.
When he's not at Snap: When Jay is not chasing his kids around at home, he enjoys chasing a little white ball around the golf course.

Craig Craze
President
With nearly ten years in the custom installation industry, Craig Craze co-founded SnapAV in 2005. Craig has previously owned a custom integration business and before that had worked in Public Relations. He is responsible for managing Finance, IT, Operations, and Supply Planning for SnapAV.
Why Snap works for dealers: "The majority of our team has worked in the custom installation industry and know the challenges our dealers face. I clearly remember wearing many hats when I had my own company – salesman, system designer, buyer, project manager, accountant and personnel manager. I’ve been there and it wasn’t easy. That perspective helps us focus our energies and resources on products, policies and services that make dealers’ lives easier."
Education: Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.
When he's not at SnapAV: Craig and his wife Tiffany have four children, and he recently founded a charter school in South Carolina where he sits on the board as Chairman.

Adam Levy
Senior Vice President
Adam Levy joined SnapAV in 2006, shortly after the company launched. Prior to joining Snap, he served as a Senior Vice President of Marketing for Bank of America. He’s responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all Marketing and Sales operations for the company.
How Snap supports its dealers: "Operating a business is complex, so it’s nice when the mission of the business is dead-simple. Every decision we make—from the features of a product to the features of our website—runs through the same filter: Does this help our dealers to be more successful? That’s makes decisions easier…and it means we never forget why we’re here."
Education: earned a degree in Marketing from Bentley University in Boston, Massachusetts.
When he’s not at Snap: Adam likes to spend his time off with his wife and two children. He’s a big Boston sports fan and loves to cook (and eat).

David Moore
Vice President of Engineering
David Moore came to SnapAV in early 2010. Prior to his position at Snap, he worked for ELAN Home Systems and HomeLogic for six years. He is responsible for overseeing Engineering, Quality Control, and Technical Support teams at SnapAV.
Why he came to Snap: "The company is not only growing but really doing something different in the industry. SNAP really gets the concept of basing product development on direct dealer feedback. We are proud of the fact that our products are engineered to meet the needs of our customers."
Education: David received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
When he’s not at Snap: Either recording music in his home studio or shredding up the trails on his mountain bike.

Eric Harper
Vice President of Product Strategy
Eric joined SnapAV as its new Vice President of Product Strategy in September of 2010. Over the prior decade, he held management positions in Product Development and Marketing with ELAN Home Systems and Onkyo. He now oversees product positioning and presentation on our web site with best-in-class content and support information.
Why Snap is different from the other guys: "They have taken traditional go-to-market strategies and thrown them out the window, innovating their way to the front of the pack for dealer’s go-to supplier. Most impressive of all, Snap has continued to grow during the worst economic climate since the Great Depression - a big testament to the leadership and vision here."
Education: Eric holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
When he’s not at Snap: Eric can be found with a mash paddle in-hand making a new batch of homebrew, or somewhere in the woods (hopefully) avoiding trees on his mountain bike.
