  • What's your shipping policy?

    SnapAV uses FedEx Ground for all shipments up to 450 lbs. and FedEx Freight (LTL) for shipments above 450 lbs. All furniture qualifies for free shipping, unless otherwise indicated (48 contiguous states only). Orders of more than $1000 qualify for free shipping (48 contiguous states only). Free shipping orders may be shipped via FedEx or ground freight at SnapAV’s discretion.

    Free shipping on orders of more than $1000 does not include overnight / 2nd day shipping.

    Do you sell directly to consumers?

    No. We sell exclusively through a network of custom audio and video installers. We do not sell through any other retailer or wholesalers.


    Do you drop ship?

    Yes and no. We will drop ship, if requested, to an installation site.  However, we do not drop ship to end users for dealers trying to circumvent our "No Internet Sales" policy.


    How do I track my order?

    On the top navigation, on the right under “My Account” , and in the footer there is a “Track an order” link.

     

    Do I have to buy a certain amount to be a dealer?

    No.  We have no minimum ordering requirements.  


    How do I return a product?

    All SnapAV products (excluding clearance and discontinued products) can be returned within 60 days of purchase. SnapAV will reimburse the purchase price plus shipping charges to return any items, excluding Camden™ Cinema Furniture, for any product that does not meet our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. SnapAV will not reimburse shipping costs on products returned due to order error or surplus. "Non Defective" merchandise can be returned after 60 days at the dealer's cost of return shipping back to SnapAV. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns after 60 days. No merchandise returns after 90 days. All products returned must have prior notification to SnapAV and an assigned Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued by SnapAV and written on the box. All products must be returned in their original packaging in order to receive credit. Clearance and Discontinued products may be returned only in the event of a manufacturer's defect. Returns must be sent to the address below:
