Jay Faison
Founder
In 2005, Jay founded SnapAV after running his own custom integration business for almost a decade.
Why he started SnapAV: "As a dealer there were a lot of things I didn't understand about why my suppliers did what they did. Finally, I decided that we should give it a shot. Our business hasn't changed much since the first day we started. We want to be the number #1 reason dealers succeed. That focus has made us successful."
Education: Jay received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia.
When he's not at Snap: When Jay is not chasing his kids around at home, he enjoys chasing a little white ball around the golf course.

Craig Craze
CEO
With nearly ten years in the custom installation industry, Craig Craze co-founded SnapAV in 2005. Craig has previously owned a custom integration business and before that had worked in Public Relations. While Craig is responsible for all aspects of the business, he spends a significant amount of his time and energy on product development.
Why Snap works for dealers: "The majority of our team has worked in the custom installation industry and know the challenges our dealers face. I clearly remember wearing many hats when I had my own company – salesman, system designer, buyer, project manager, accountant and personnel manager. I’ve been there and it wasn’t easy. That perspective helps us focus our energies and resources on products, policies and services that make dealers’ lives easier."
Education: Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.
When he's not at SnapAV: Craig and his wife Tiffany have four children, and he recently founded a charter school in South Carolina where he served as its first Chairman.

Adam Levy
Senior Vice President
Adam Levy joined SnapAV in 2006, shortly after the company launched. Prior to joining Snap, he served as a Senior Vice President of Marketing for Bank of America. He’s responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all Marketing and Sales operations for the company.
How Snap supports its dealers: "Operating a business is complex, so it’s nice when the mission of the business is dead-simple. Every decision we make—from the features of a product to the features of our website—runs through the same filter: Does this help our dealers to be more successful? That makes decisions easier…and it means we never forget why we’re here."
Education: Adam earned a degree in Marketing from Bentley University in Boston, Massachusetts.
When he’s not at Snap: Adam likes to spend his time off with his wife and two children. He’s a big Boston sports fan and loves to cook (and eat).

Brad Redmond
Vice President of Operations
Brad Redmond joined SnapAV in April 2012. He managed multiple teams spanning operations, supply chain and procurement during his eleven years with Dell. He also spent five and half years as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Brad is responsible for SnapAV’s operations and supply chain.
On Logistics: "SnapAV is known for producing high quality products that deliver great dealer margins. Equally as important in a “just in time” business is ensuring those 1,000+ products are in stock across our 3 distribution centers.”
Education: Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas.
When he’s not at Snap: Brad enjoys spending time with his two young boys and watching any Longhorn sporting events.

Carlos Catalahana

Prior to joining SnapAV in December 2012, Carlos held leadership positions at Bank of America and was instrumental in transforming the way the Bank services its customers through online and mobile channels. Before that, he led the interactive technology organization for Arc Worldwide where he oversaw the implementation of eCommerce platforms. At SnapAV he is responsible for defining and driving the technology roadmap to support the company and its customers.
On Technology: “Technology has become a staple in our society and it’s at the core of everything we do at SnapAV. From creating innovative products and capabilities to servicing our customers’ needs, technology will continue to be a differentiator in bringing value to our customers.”

Eric Harper
Vice President of Content
Eric joined SnapAV in September of 2010. Over the prior decade, he held management positions in Product Development and Marketing with ELAN Home Systems and Onkyo. Eric is responsible for product positioning, presentation and content.
Why Snap is different from the other guys: "Our content-rich website is just one example of how SnapAV has taken traditional go-to-market strategies and thrown them out the window. Most impressive of all, Snap has caused an entire industry to take pause and reevaluate itself – much to the delight of dealers. It’s a true testament to the leadership and commitment of the SnapAV team.”
Education: Eric holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
When he’s not at Snap: When not spending time with his family, Eric can be found with a mash paddle in-hand making a new batch of homebrew, or somewhere in the woods (hopefully) avoiding trees on his mountain bike.

Dawn Boland

David is responsible for building innovation into SnapAV's product roadmaps, and leading the Hardware and Software Quality Assurance teams.
