Snap University is SnapAV’s exclusive online training program, designed to give your technicians the information they need to succeed and reduce time in the field.
We’ve implemented this program because we believe in helping our dealers succeed. Good help can be hard to find, but our training helps get new techs up to speed and keeps seasoned techs on top of their game. Snap University was designed based on your feedback, so you can grow both your skills and business.
Training How YOU Want It
Our training courses are based around your needs. They’re completely free, and are always short, focused, on-demand sessions, so you can take them on your time and at your own pace. Plus, each course is presented in a way dealers understand and enjoy.
Learn the latest industry trends, products, best practices, and selling techniques, so you can provide better service and support to your clients. Current courses include a complete networking curriculum, as well as courses on MoIP (media over IP) and OvrC (our award-winning remote management platform). We are constantly adding new classes, so check back frequently.
Want something to show for your training? We got you covered! Most Snap University courses are worth CEUs for CEDIA. In addition, once you complete our Networks curriculum, you become an Araknis Certified Technician, with a personalized certificate proving that you’re an expert in the field.
To access the Snap University training portal, every user will need a unique login. Our training is done on an individual user basis, so you can not use a shared account. If you do not have a unique SnapAV username and password, please have your employer send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you set up.
