Drop the ball chain into the wall cavity, "grab" it through your wall opening using the magnetic end of the insulated retriever, then pull it out of the wall using the telescoping pocket retriever. Finish by tying your wire to the chain and pulling it through. No vision tools required and no more dancing with fish poles. In many cases this kit allows a single installer to do what it would have previously taken two much longer to do.

Use the 10-ft. ball chain to easily establish a path from the top of the wall to the bottom. A removable stop ring prevents the chain from getting lost behind the wall, while a corresponding coupler makes it possible to join multiple chains together for increased distance.
Simply insert the flexible 24-in. “noodle” into the wall and move it around until its ultra-strong Earth magnet makes contact with the ball chain. Then use the 18-in. extendable pocket retriever to hook the chain and pull it out.
The ball chain is made of nickel-plated steel and includes removable connectors so it can be reused repeatedly in different install situations. And the 24-in. noodle can be bent and wrapped into just about any configuration, while its powerful ¼” neodymium magnet can be banged around without ever losing magnetism.
