Use Lutron’s fiber jack insert in conjunction with a Lutron® 6-port frame. The fiber jack connector fills one port in the frame and snaps to fit. Available in MT-RJ-rated, SC simplex-rated and ST-style jack options, as well as a LC non-flush mount model.
