New Regulations - Due to recent regulations from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the repurposing of the 600MHz band of the UHF spectrum, SnapAV is required to transition to an all-new Sense product line which will operate in the 500Mhz band. All Sense products currently operating in the 600Mhz spectrum band will be discontinued as of October 13, 2018, and will not be compatible with devices operating in the 500Mhz spectrum band. Starting July 13, 2020, FCC regulations will prohibit use of the 600MHz band of the UHF spectrum by consumer devices. Learn more about affected SKUs >>

Limited 1-Year Warranty
This Sense™ Product has a One-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty will not apply to products that have been abused, modified, or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to Snap One or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization number (RA).
