The VSX-530-K is designed and dedicated to producing the highest home theater system-quality picture available today, offering 4K Ultra HD video at 60 frames per second to any compatible display. It also provides connectivity for sources like Blu-ray Disc™ players, cable boxes, gaming consoles, and more. All four HDMI inputs support both 3D and new 4K Ultra HD content. Along with full bandwidth HDMI support, the VSX-530-K features HDCP 2.2 technology.
With 140 watts per channel, the VSX-530-K’s powerful 5-channel configuration provides a dedicated, or “discrete,” amplifier for each channel, which helps maintain wattage output and deliver a great sounding home theater experience. The VSX-530-K also includes Pioneer’s Phase Control technology, which effectively eliminates phase lag, and significantly improves the multi-channel sound without additional calibration, giving you clear and consistent sound from all your speaker sources.
If your home theater system is enclosed in a cabinet, it’s often difficult to know the status of certain functions, such as volume level. With On Screen Display (OSD), your receiver’s basic information and initial settings will overlay on screen as you make adjustments with the remote, so you don’t have to switch to a blank screen background.
Bluetooth with aptX is now built-in to the VSX-530-K receiver, making it easier than ever to stream your music wirelessly from your iPhone®, Android™, PC, laptop or any other A2DP profile Bluetooth-enabled sources. Bluetooth with aptX allows you to enjoy outstanding stereo audio, faithfully reproducing CD-quality sound with minimal latency and syncing issues.
For quick convenience, a front USB input terminal gives you easy access to your favorite entertainment sources, so you can play MP3, WMA and AAC music files, all from your compatible USB memory stick.
Pioneer’s Advanced Sound Retriever for two channel listening helps restore the output integrity of compressed audio formats such as WMA, MPEG-4 AAC, and MP3. This advanced technology creates new signals to help reconstruct minor details often left out during the compression process, raising these files to CD-quality levels.
The VSX-530-K supports the latest high-definition audio formats like Dolby® TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby Pro Logic II, as well as DTS-HD® Master Audio and DTS Neo:6®. These advanced technologies help realize more spacious surround sound by adding additional depth and dimension to the audio signal for a more lifelike listening experience.
All Pioneer AV receivers feature an energy-saving ECO Mode that, when enabled, achieves a standby power consumption of only 0.1 watt. Along with other features like Network Standby and HDMI CEC support, ECO Mode analyzes your sources in real time, adjusting power consumption accordingly to meet your needs. Need to adjust custom settings? Power-saving settings are also manually-adjustable.
