LU951ST is perfect for multiple screen displays in showrooms or trade shows, as well as unique applications or brightly stacked projection.
Part of the full line of corporate BlueCore laser projectors, the LU951ST offers professional presentations as well as significantly lower maintenance costs. A BlueCore laser source uses dual color wheels to significantly improve white balance and overall brightness. Guaranteed for 20,000 hours of maintenance-free operation, it also helps you save on lamp replacement and maintenance. Based on the average brightness of typical long-life lamps, the savings value of a Blue Core-powered projector is equivalent to about 10 lamp replacements in a lifetime.
Producing larger-than-life images in tight spaces, LU951ST eliminates distracting shadows and glare. Its 0.8 short-throw ratio allows viewers to move freely in front of the screen without space constraints, while enjoying immersive viewing experiences in small rooms.
This convenient feature lets installers shrink an image to 75% of its original size via an OSD menu, all in 0.5% increments. The image can also be shifted left or right, so installers do not have to reinstall or adjust the projector physically in case the image is not precisely aligned on the desired frame and space.
BenQ laser projectors are based on a robust 1-chip DLP design. This highly durable DLP chip can last over 100,000 hours without degradation, ensuring true-to-life colors and pristinely legible text over countless uses. Plus, with an impressive WUXGA(1920x 1200) native resolution that far exceeds Full HD 1080p, the LU951ST showcases finer details and superior image clarity when projecting high resolution images.
BenQ's LU951ST is designed with sealed laser modules and enclosed light engines to protect the DMD chip, color wheel sensor, laser bank, and other optical components. This lock-and-key design hermetically seals the engine from dust to prolong projector lifespan.
LU951ST’s wide zoom range and horizontal/vertical lens shift systems can perfectly align images in any challenging venue. Lens shift can move projected images up and down by 60% of screen height, or left and right by 23% of screen width without sacrificing image quality.The 1.1X zoom feature increases installation flexibility for diverse mounting options in various public display scenarios.
BlueCore laser technology guarantees reliable projection from any angle. Dynamic installation options such as 360° rotation and portrait applications enable seamless projection onto ceilings, walls, floors or angled signage.
In exhibition spaces and public venues, multiple projected screens can capture the audience’s imagination with immersive imagery. Two projectors can also be stacked to double the brightness for a single image. Conventional projectors only provide an analog-signal VGA output, which can decay due to transmission distance. The LU951ST delivers a perfect digital signal via HDMI output, transmitting directly from projector to projector or other HDMI display devices with no signal degradation. It’s ideal for intensely bright stacked projection and beautifully mirrored multiple displays in showrooms, professional exhibits, and trade shows.
LU951ST is compatible with leading control systems including Extron, Crestron, AMX and PJ-Link, which fulfills network control via LAN. This makes it simple to integrate the LU951ST into corporate network infrastructures. When there is no LAN infrastructure, this model also supports RS-232 for reliable long-distance Installations up to 15 meters.
