This Gigabit Ethernet non-managed stand-alone media extender provides PoE+ (30W PSE). The unit’s DIP switches provide flexibility in configuration. The single SFP slot allows both Gigabit and Fast Ethernet operation. All SFP types are accepted, including multimode, single mode, CWDM, DWDM, or BiDi. BiDi allows bi-directional transmission over a single strand of fiber.
Fiber port speed, LFP function, or transparent or switching converter mode can be adjusted via DIP sw.
Power status, UTP and FX port speed and the link status of each port are indicated by LED lights.
The extender also provides Auto-Negotiation & Auto MDI/MDI-X.
