The PE-SC-91 incorporates the ES9006S SABRE Premiere Audio DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) for 7.2-channel sound. This state-of-the-art DAC, along with our engineer’s fine tuning, provides unprecedented dynamic range of up to 120 dB and ultra-low distortion, offering clear audio reproduction that’s free of jitter.
Keeping critical audiophile ears in mind, the Elite PE-SC-91 delivers high-resolution music playback, with support for 192 kHz 24-bit AIFF, Multi-channel WAV, FLAC, and Apple Lossless up to 96kHz 24-Bit. Compressed formats, such as MP3, WMA, and AAC are also supported. Stream these files from your home network, tablet, or even the front USB. Serious listeners will appreciate DSD direct playback via network or SACD disc playback via HDMI.
With Pioneer's free app, you can use your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad as a remote to control basic functions. The app is also compatible with Android. Enjoy smooth control from your device, with support for 8 languages. It is freely available from the App Store or via Google Play. *Device needs to be connected to a home LAN network in a wireless LAN environment.
