The Atlona AT-HDVS-150-TX-WP is a 2×1 switcher and HDBaseT transmitter with an HDMI input plus a VGA input with audio. The HDVS-150-TX-WP features a US two-gang wallplate form factor. Video signals up to 1080p, plus embedded audio can be transmitted up to 230 feet (70 meters). The HDVS-150-TX-WP is designed for use with the AT-HDVS-150-RX receiver and HD scaler, and can serve as the central component of a compact, automated AV system with the convenience of automatic input selection and display control. The switcher is remotely powered by the HDVS-150-RX through Power over Ethernet (PoE).
The HDVS-150-TX-WP combines the benefits of auto-switching and integrated display control, and the advantages of HDBaseT signal transmission. It incorporates many popular integration convenience features while delivering excellent value for classrooms, huddle rooms, and meeting spaces. An optional AT-HDVS-TX-WP-NB faceplate is available without control buttons.
A shallow, 1.5 inch (40 mm) deep enclosure and recessed RJ-45 connector simplify integration of this wallplate switcher. It’s an attractive alternative to tabletop boxes when the device is placed near a presenter’s station.
This 2x1 switcher features an HDMI input plus a VGA input with audio. It allows advanced HDMI display devices to be used with legacy VGA sources. Please note: audio signals will not pass without an accompanying video signal.
When used with the AT-HDVS-150-RX HD scaling receiver, this switcher extends AV up to 230 feet (70 meters) @ 1080p or 1920×1200, providing a compact, automated AV system that’s cost-effective, plus the convenience of automatic input selection and display control.
Using a CAT6a/7 cable, this switcher transmits AV signals @ 4K UHD up to 130 feet (40 meters) when used with a compatible HDBaseT receiver. You can also transmit up to 230 feet (70 meters) @ 1080p. Atlona uses easy-to-integrate category cables for a low-cost, reliable system installation.
The HDVS-150-TX-WP automatically selects an input source based on detection of the 5 volt hot plug detect (HPD) signal, or if there’s a change in display status. This enables simplified, automatic system operation with no user intervention necessary.
Used in conjunction with the HDVS-150-RX receiver, the HDVS-150-TX-WP can provide control to a display through RS-232, without the need for a separate control system. This simplifies system design and integration while reducing costs. With automatic display control, the HDVS-150-TX-WP can trigger a display to power on automatically whenever a laptop or other device is connected. At the end of the presentation, when the laptop is disconnected, the switcher forces the display to power off. Ease of system interaction and the savings incurred by automatic display shutdown provide a significant return on investment. A power button on the front panel can be used for manual on/off control of the display. Please note: automatic display control is available only when connected to the HDVS-150-RX receiver.
