Built on a combination of our custom install expertise, the innovation of the Binary™ brand, and the ultra-reliable, proven platform of HDBaseT technology, this kit is an installer’s dream. A single HDBaseT Matrix switch pairs with 12 HDBaseT receivers to transmit HDMI signals and bi-directional IR up to 230 feet with full 1080p video and support for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master audio. Plus the matrix switch features true plug-and-play technology, so there are no EQ settings required for simple systems. And it comes equipped with everything needed for control system integration: Ethernet, RS-232 control, and IR routing to boot.

Shielded Cable Recommendation - Although HDBaseT transmission technology is much less susceptible to EMI interference than other transmission technologies, if possible, it is recommended that you pull shielded Cat5e/Cat6 with this product for maximum reliability. Please note: for proper shielding, shielded connectors must be used with drains connected at both ends. In addition, “EZ end” connectors are not recommended for use with HDMI extenders.
Samsung UHD Compatibility - It has come to our attention recently that customers using Extenders and Matrix Switchers with HDBaseT technologies on select Samsung TVs may not be able to display video.
