- By ordering this product with custom specifications you acknowledge that the sale is final and the product may not be returned or exchanged.

- Send us a sample of the wood that you would like the speaker to match. Your order will be placed on hold for up to 14 days as we wait for your wood sample. Samples not received after 14 days will cause your order to be canceled. Please send your physical sample along with a copy of your Triad Order attached to the address listed below.

ADI will send a Certified Programmer to go onsite to load code and do final configuration of equipment settings. The site must have all system components installed and connected to the network prior to Programmer arriving onsite. A certified technician must be onsite for the entire time to assist with troubleshooting, hardware connections, and testing. All hardware connections and installation work must be done by the onsite technician – ADI Programmer will not touch the rack or wiring. Requires onsite certified technician to test and finalize calibration using onsite testing and calibration equipment. This service is in addition to the control system programming, DSP configuration, and GUI development hours needed in preparation for the onsite service.

3-day minimum for lower 48 states; 5-day minimum for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or Virgin Islands. Only applicable Monday – Friday
