ADI will send a Certified Programmer to go onsite to load code and do final configuration of equipment settings. The site must have all system components installed and connected to the network prior to Programmer arriving onsite. A certified technician must be onsite for the entire time to assist with troubleshooting, hardware connections, and testing. All hardware connections and installation work must be done by the onsite technician – ADI Programmer will not touch the rack or wiring. Requires onsite certified technician to test and finalize calibration using onsite testing and calibration equipment. This service is in addition to the control system programming, DSP configuration, and GUI development hours needed in preparation for the onsite service. 3-day minimum for lower 48 states; 5-day minimum for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or Virgin Islands.
