This Limited Warranty runs for a period of five (5) years for LED tape, extrusions, and connectors. The warranty term begins on the date that the applicable Vibrant Product is purchased by the Customer as shown by an invoice or sales receipt (“Hardware Warranty Period”). Customer must retain the appropriate documentation as proof of the purchase date.
Control4 warrants its hardware product to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If the hardware proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Control4 will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a like product. The warranty extends only to products purchased directly from Control4 Corporation or an Authorized Control4 Dealer.
