The eDIDIO Series 10 controller is a compact workhorse that allows ethernet and low-level interfacing to DALI and DMX lines for communication between a Control4 system and any DALI- or DMX-controlled device. The gateway is compliant with DALI-2 and thus also works with DALI version 1 devices.
This gateway device is powered by the Mean Well 60W 24V Power Supply and requires the UBi Power Supply & Line Breakout to power the DALI lines (both sold separately).
The eDIDIO S10 platform and Control4 DALI Driver as well as Composer software, support both DALI Type 6 and DALI Type 8 lighting fixtures. The gateway currently doesn’t support any other types of DALI control gear. Software and firmware will continue to advance as required.

Creative Lighting eDIDIO embraces Control4 SDDP and allows TCP-IP capable system to interact with the Gateway. The platform also supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 used to authenticate and encrypt data securely when transferred over a network.
The hardware is DIN Mounted with ‘plug-and-play’ 12-way connectors. If the controller is moved or access is required, the 12-way connectors can remain behind, leaving the existing wiring connected.
