JVC’s proprietary “BLU-Escent” Laser Phosphor offers 3,300-lumen light output and 20,000-hour-long life illumination. Increased brightness ensures compatibility with screen sizes over 200 inches and improved HDR performance, bringing greater depth and dimensionality to the home theater.
JVC uses an all-glass design for a high-resolution image. The 1.6X Zoom along with 60% Vertical and 23% Horizontal shift provide installation flexibility.
DMD (digital micromirror device) is a digitally controlled micro-opto-electromechanical system (MOEMS) spatial light modulator (SLM). When coupled to an appropriate optical system, the DMD displays 4K resolution with 8,294,000 addressable pixels.
The LX-NZ30 displays HDR content with high contrast and bright vivid images and supports 100% of Rec. 709 color space (BT. 2020 compatible). Hybrid Log-Gamma is an additional HDR Gamma mode that is used for live broadcasts or streaming events.
The LX-NZ30 is compatible with high frame rate gaming at 1080P/240hz and 1080P/120hz. It also has an exceptional 6.25ms low latency when displaying a 240hz signal.
When an HDR10 signal is detected the system will automatically change to HDR mode. Five different HDR level settings are available to fine-tune the image.
JVC incorporates full 18Gbps HDMI connectivity with HDCP2.3 copy protection on both HDMI inputs. In addition, DisplayPort 1.2 & USB inputs are offered. For control, RS232, LAN, and 12V trigger are available. Warping/Corner Adjust and 3D Keystone are provided to align the image with any screen surface.
