You can mount the cradle, or the cradle and the backbox, in the ceiling without the speaker, so it’s not damaged during construction. Plus, you can prewire the setup both with and without the speaker by using the backbox, so when you come back to the property, all you have to do is push the speaker in and you’re set. No additional wiring.
Signature cradles come with every Signature speaker and can separate from the speaker, so you can install the cradle prior to installing the speaker. Once the cradle is installed, simply push the speaker in and lock the levers.
We have a cradle for every Signature by Episode speaker we sell. They work for in-ceiling and in-wall applications for exceptional convenience.
Our cradles are compatible with our direct-mount backbox and feature a jumperless design that makes our one-step install a breeze. And with our two-step install, you can prewire and install the backbox to the cradle to keep blown insulation from falling through the ceiling as well as maintain pressure during home efficiency tests. When finishing the job, simply press the speaker into the cradle and you’re set!

All Signature Accessories have a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been abused, modified, or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to Snap One or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization number (RA).
