IV. Storefront Policies
- A. SnapAV.com eCommerce: Shipping
- The Company uses ground or freight shipping methods in accordance with the Company’s shipping policies. Some products must ship via freight methods, regardless of weight.
- Orders of more than $1000 qualify for free shipping (48 contiguous states only). These orders may be shipped via ground or freight, or any other method, at The Company's discretion but shall not include express shipping services such as overnight or 2nd day.
The following oversized items are excluded from free shipping (regardless of order value):
- FS, Signature, and IT Datacomm Series preassembled racks: $99 per rack
- Projector screens (fixed): $149 per screen
- Projector screens (motorized): $249 per screen.
- The Company's warehouse ships Monday through Friday, excluding Company holidays.
- Merchandise may also be picked up directly at Will Call from a Snap One Partner Store during store business hours. Will Call may also be available at select Warehouses. Please contact the Partner Store for after-hour pick up options and availability.
