Outdoor audio should deliver full, robust sound while blending into the environment. Placement and spacing are crucial to an effective installation, so for a small deck or patio, we recommend mounting left and right speakers about 10 feet apart. For larger spaces, choose a set of satellite speakers - these look like landscape lighting fixtures, and provide broad yet targeted coverage without disturbing the neighbors.
Install a hardscape subwoofer that blends with an outdoor aesthetic and delivers deep, immersive, low-frequency sound. Hide the device without losing quality bass by installing a burial sub.
A single pair will cover a small deck or patio of around 100-200 square feet. To maintain consistent sound, add one speaker per 10-15 feet beyond the initial pair.
